Synopsis

Emerson, a young man from the suburbs, wants to make a movie about his story in the Island, a place where the natives can never get out. He kidnaps Henrique, an awarded filmmaker. Together, they re-enact their own lives, with some poetic licenses.

Director

Ary Rosa and Glenda Nicácio are graduated in cinema from the Federal University of Recôncavo da Bahia and founded the independent production company Rosza Filmes. Rosa e Glenda made short films such as Tecendo Nuvens e Retalhos (2012), Curta Casa (2013) and Dilma (2015). Coffee with Cinnamon (2017) is the first feature film of the duo.
